Win 10 and 11 are hit or miss. It'll either work, work with just a bit of code adding (like -window etc.), will work with a bunch of coding changes or just won't ever work. If you want to try it, look on both this forum and the Drakensang 2 - Phileasson's Secret forum here and copy down all the ways people have said to make it work.
For those who don't really know what I mean; right click on the shortcut for the game, and click properties. In there, you'll see the command line/target. For me, it's "C:GamesDrakensang - The River of Timedrakensang.exe" -fullscreen. So, delete the -fullscreen part and type -windowed instead, so it will turn out to look like thus:
